Canton Fair

We’ve been exhibiting at the Canton Fair since 2012. Not because it’s tradition – because it works. Buyers come, they touch the hoses, they test the fittings, and they leave with samples and clear prices. No glossy brochures that hide the truth. Just products you can actually feel.

OrientFlex Canton Fair Exhibition History – A Complete Track Record – Your Trusted China Hose Supplier

Since its debut at the 111th Canton Fair in spring 2012, OrientFlex has participated in every single session—over 25 editions—without a single break. What started as a small booth showcasing PVC Hose has grown into a brand‑booth holder with official recognition from the Canton Fair media.

Looking Ahead – 140th Session (Autumn 2026)

The 140th Canton Fair opens on October 15, 2026, and OrientFlex will retain its prime brand booth – now confirmed as Hall 1.1, Area A, booths C33‑35 and D10‑12.

139th (Spring 2026 – just concluded) – Demonstrated an AI‑vision inspection hose that self‑alerts on surface defects. The technology gap impressed visitors, and total orders for the five days hit USD 3 million – an all‑time high.

138th (Autumn 2025) – Released a full life‑cycle carbon‑footprint declaration for its hose range. This attracted several European buyers tied to ESG investment funds.

137th (Spring 2025) – Focused on the Middle East with an ultra‑high UV‑resistant hose, securing a long‑term framework agreement with a Saudi municipal‑project contractor.

136th (Autumn 2024) – Leveraging the interview buzz, launched an intelligent wear‑sensing detection hose for mining applications. An Australian mining group conducted on‑site tests and placed a pilot order soon after.

Full Recovery & Brand Milestones – 133rd to 139th Sessions (2023–2026)

133rd (Spring 2023) – The first fully offline session after the pandemic, with all three phases active. Foot traffic exceeded expectations; the booth hired extra interpreters on day one. An immediate order of over USD 500,000 came in within hours.

132nd (Autumn 2022) – The online exhibition extended to five months. Using this extended window, OrientFlex built a private buyer pool of over 2,000 overseas professionals.
131st (Spring 2022) – Teased a new “solar‑farm weatherproof drainage hose” concept, drawing interest from renewable‑energy procurement teams.

130th (Autumn 2021) – The first offline‑online hybrid edition. The physical booth reopened while a “cloud lounge” served remote visitors. Successfully attracted Japanese and Korean garden‑tool OEM clients.

129th (Spring 2021) – Introduced an express‑sample service: within 48 hours of an inquiry, physical samples reached the buyer. This lifted conversion rates by 30% over pure digital engagement.

128th (Autumn 2020) – Upgraded to a 3D digital showroom with exploded‑view product diagrams. Online inquiries ranked among the Top 10 in the building‑materials category.

Pandemic Era – Digital & Hybrid Experiments (127th–132nd Sessions, 2020–2022)

127th (Spring 2020) – The fair went fully online for the first time. OrientFlex set up a live‑streaming studio; the general manager personally walked through the factory, securing deposit orders from existing clients.

126th (Autumn 2019) – Peak pre‑pandemic performance: collected 418 valid business cards over five days, with on‑site contracts totalling USD 1.56 million – a record at that time.
125th (Spring 2019) – Showcased UL94 V‑0 flame‑retardant hoses, passing the latest REACH tests. Booth inquiries surged 45% year‑on‑year.

124th (Autumn 2018) – Printed Arabic and Russian catalogues specifically for Belt & Road markets. Visitors from India and Kazakhstan made up a noticeably larger share of the traffic.

123rd (Spring 2018) – Launched VR factory tours at the booth. Buyers unable to visit the plant could still walk through the production line via headsets, resulting in 37 new qualified leads.

122nd (Autumn 2017) – Pushed hard on RoHS‑compliant, lead‑free PVC formulations to meet tightening European environmental regulations – a move that earned trust from German automotive suppliers.

121st (Spring 2017) – Expanded the product line to include “hose + quick‑connect coupling” kits, simplifying procurement for industrial buyers.

120th (Autumn 2016) – Marked the 60th anniversary of the Canton Fair. OrientFlex was nominated as an “Outstanding Supplier Service Provider” for maintaining zero quality complaints over five consecutive years.

119th (Spring 2016) – Booth design upgraded to a red‑and‑white custom build. Introduced tablet‑based digital catalogues, cutting paper waste and impressing eco‑conscious visitors.

118th (Autumn 2015) – Leveraged the Fair’s import exhibition zone to connect with a Malaysian raw‑material supplier, optimising cost structure for future production.

117th (Spring 2015) – Unveiled a low‑temperature‑resistant hose for Canadian and Nordic winter equipment – filling a niche that few competitors addressed.

116th (Autumn 2014) – Added a live water‑pressure demonstration stand. Visitors could test burst pressure on the spot; same‑day signed contracts rose by 20% compared to previous sessions.

115th (Spring 2014) – Customer retention rate hit 75% from Europe/US. First major inquiry from Brazil’s agricultural irrigation sector – a new market unlocked.

114th (Autumn 2013) – Introduced cut‑to‑length customisation, a hit among Southeast Asian wholesalers. The booth averaged 60 visitor groups per day.

Steady Growth & Product Evolution – 113th to 126th Sessions (2013–2019)

113th (Spring 2013) – Launched a colour‑coded hose series for easy identification. Middle Eastern oil‑service buyers showed strong interest; on‑site orders exceeded USD 800,000.

112th (Autumn 2012) – Riding the buzz, OrientFlex expanded booth space by 50%. Returning customers came back with larger inquiries, and new contacts from Germany’s industrial sector turned into long‑term partners. Samples were sold out before the fair ended.

First Steps – 111th & 112th Sessions (2012)

111th (Spring 2012) – OrientFlex walked into the Canton Fair for the very first time. The main attraction: PVC Hose – durable, pressure‑resistant, and UV‑stabilised. Within hours of opening, European and American buyers placed trial orders, impressed by the consistent wall thickness and kink‑resistant design. The session closed with a French supermarket chain signing a test order on‑site.

Our Booth Layout – 4 Stations, 4 Product Families

We split our booth into four physical stations. Instead of throwing 20 hoses on a table, we group them by application headache:

Station 1: PVC & Lightweight Fluid Handling
For water, weak chemicals, and suction applications.

PVC Layflat Hose – We bring samples with ultrasonic welded seams, not stitched. Zero needle holes means no weeping under pressure.
PVC Steel Wire Hose – Check the pitch of the spiral wire. Tighter pitch = higher vacuum resistance. We show you the difference.
PVC Suction Hose & Clear Hose – We turn on a small vacuum pump at the booth. See which one collapses and which one holds.
PVC Braided Hose & Garden Hose – We measure the burst pressure on a small rig. Our garden hose bursts at 450 PSI—not 300. You can watch.
Station 2: Industrial Rubber & Specialty Compounds
For air, oil, food, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.

Industrial Water / Air / Oil Hose – We bring durometer testers. You can press the rubber yourself. If it feels too hard or too soft, we adjust the compound formula for your order.
Food Grade & Chemical Hose – We show you the inner tube material (NBR, EPDM, UHMWPE). We don’t just say “food-grade”—we show the FDA-compliant liner cross-section.
Composite & Material Handling Hose – Bring your bulk density specs. We match the abrasion resistance to your material (cement, sand, pellets).
Paint Spray, Welding, Steam – Steam hoses are our headache-solvers. We show the EPDM cover with pin-prick venting to prevent blistering.
Station 3: Hydraulic & Automotive Rubber/Silicone
For high-pressure and high-heat environments.

Hydraulic Rubber Hose – SAE 100 R1AT, R2AT, R12, R13. We don’t just claim “impulse tested.” We bring the pulse test reports with batch numbers visible.
Auto Rubber & Silicone Hoses – We have 200+ molds for radiator and heater hoses. If you have a hand sketch of a bent pipe, we tell you on the spot if we have the mold or if we need to make a new one (and how much it costs).
Station 4: Safety, Pneumatic & Accessories
For air systems, fire safety, and connections.

Pneumatic Hose – We test for air permeability at 10 bars. No micro-cracks.
Fire Hose – We bring the woven jacket samples. You can check the warp and weft density.
Duct Hose, Hose Fittings & Sleeves – We show you the crimping tolerance between our fittings and the hose OD. If the tolerance is off, it leaks. We bring go/no-go gauges to prove ours fit.
