Silicone Duct Advantages
Electric insulation: Silicone has high insulation grade. Thus it can bear high electric voltage.
Non-metal bellow: silicone duct can be the soft connection on pipes. Because it can avoid the compress and expand damage to pipe.
Temp resistant: it can work at 260℃ for long term and shortly at 300℃. Besides, it remains flexible even at -70℃.
Corrosion resistant: fibreglass cord can be the corrosion proof layer of pipeline. Because it’s an ideal corrosion proof material.
Long service life: without man-made damage, the hose can serve several decades.
Description
Silicone ducting consists of three parts. Silicone coat, fibreglass cord and spiral steel wire. The coat provides excellent temp resistance. Besides, it makes the hose flame retardant which meets DIN 4102-B1. The hose is extremely flexible. While the smallest band radius is the same with outer diameter. What’s more, the hose will not be sunken at bend status. Fibreglass cord offers strong structure. Thus it’s hard to tear. While the spiral steel wire offers excellent wear resistance. Because the work condition is tough, the hose often wears with other objects. But steel wire spiral can protect the hose from external damage.
