Description
This layflat hose is built specifically for mine dewatering. It moves water from inside the mine to a designated discharge area. Mine water is often abrasive and contains corrosive mineral oils. That’s why the lining is made from nitrile rubber—the rubber material with the best oil resistance. Nitrile also handles corrosion well, making it an ideal choice for tough dewatering jobs. The reinforcement layer uses high-strength woven polyester filament, giving the hose excellent strength and stretch resistance. On the outside, a polyurethane (PU) coating adds strong wear and corrosion protection. The result is a hose that works reliably in harsh mining conditions without cracking or suffering other damage.
