    Description

    Paint spray hose consists on 3 parts, inner tube, reinforce and cover. Inner tube absorbs PA as the raw material. PA has excellent mechanical strength. Meanwhile, it has high tensile and pressure strength. While the tensile strength is close to yield strength. And it’s more than 2 times of ABS. Besides, it has good fatigue resistance. Thus it remains the previous mechanical strength even you bend it many times.

    What’s more, PA is very smooth on the surface. Thus the medium can flow without any barrier. Last, it has excellent corrosion resistance. It can bear most of the salty liquids and alkali. Besides, it will not react with weak acid, machine oil and gasoline. In addition, PA will never affected by static.

    The multi layers of steel wire and polyester braid make the hose can bear high pressure. While the max work pressure reaches 50 Mpa. In the meantime, the PU cover excellent resistance to abrasion and external damage.
