Description

Rubber heater hose is manufactured using EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) as the primary raw material. EPDM provides exceptional resistance to high temperatures and aging, ensuring that our heater hose offers superior performance and durability in demanding high-temperature environments compared to conventional alternatives.

The SAE J20R3 hose is specifically designed for conveying hot water and coolant in automotive and industrial cooling systems. It is constructed with a CR/EPDM blend and features a weather-, abrasion-, and oil-resistant outer cover.

With an EPDM inner tube compatible with ethylene glycol-based solutions, this hose is ideal for anti-freeze applications. Its high-tensile textile reinforcement ensures reliable operation at working pressures up to 10 bar, supported by a safety factor of at least 3:1.
