Non-stick

Temp resistant
PTFE has excellent high and low temp resistance. It can constantly work at 260℃ for long term. Meanwhile, it can bear 300℃ shortly. Thus it has excellent heat stability. On the other hand, it can work at cold weather without brittle.
Abrasion resistant
PTFE has low friction factor and excellent abrasion resistance at high pressure. The friction factor is just 0.04. Besides, it resists abrasion and will not stick at pressure.
Corrosion resistant
PTFE can bear almost all the strong acid such as aqua regia. It can also bear strong alkali, oxidizing agent and organic solvent. Thus it’s ideal for chemical transfer.
Excellent electric insulation
PTFE belongs to highly nonpolar material, thus it has excellent dielectric property. While the dielectric constant is about 2.0. And it’s the smallest among all the electric insulate materials.
Perfect mechanical property
The tensile strength is about 25 Mpa. While the elongation is 250%-350%. In the mean time, the toughness is 50-65D.
